This competition is promoted by HarperCollins Publishers Limited (“HarperCollins”), Westerhill Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow G64 2QT.
This promotion is open to all UK residents except employees of HarperCollins (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families.
You must be at least (18) years old to enter this competition.
This competition runs from 10.00 am BST on Friday 15th September 2023 until 10.00 am BST on Friday 22nd September 2023.
To enter the competition please comment on the competition social media post on either Farshore Books Twitter/X (@FarshoreBooks), or Instagram (@farshorebooks), or Facebook (@FarshoreBooks) or Laura Ellen Anderson’s Twitter (@Lillustrator) or Instagram (@laura_ellen_anderson) with your answer to the question “What cloud creature would you have?”. You only need to comment on one (1) of the posts.
The prize is one (1) Nim stuffed toy; one (1) one copy of the book “Rainbow Grey”; (1) one copy of the book “Rainbow Grey: Eye of the Storm”; and (1) one copy of the book “Rainbow Grey: Battle for the Skies”, (the “Prize”). There is one (1) Prize to be won and there will be one (1) winner of the competition.
Only one (1) entry is allowed per household.
If you win, no purchase/additional purchase is required to redeem the Prize.
The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the Prize.
No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and HarperCollins reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winners of the competition will be drawn at random by an electronic system from all entries that have complied with these Terms & Conditions and will be notified by e-mail no later than Friday 29th September 2023.
HarperCollins is not responsible for contacting or forwarding the Prize to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed, or destroyed. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, HarperCollins reserves the right to select another winner.
HarperCollins will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Prize within one (1) month of the winner being notified that they have won the competition. However, HarperCollins is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the Prize.
HarperCollins will aim to meet the delivery date set out above, however if HarperCollins cannot meet that deadline due to any circumstances arising outside of their control, HarperCollins will contact the winner to arrange redelivery and, in the unlikely event that delivery becomes impossible, HarperCollins will offer a reasonable substitute of the Prize which is of equal or greater value.
To ensure prompt delivery of the prize, the winner will be asked to confirm the prize delivery address within five (5) working days of receiving an email from Farshore’s Marketing Team.
HarperCollins’ decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.
